Quality, Reliability and Stability of the reinforced rubber parts are HARDRACE's priority. Since, all of our products are installed under the car, bears its weight and strength. Weak suspension parts lead to loss of control simultaneously disaster is going to happen. In order to avoid its happening, our products’ quality is the most we have in mind, and is our responsibility to provide our customers a safety equipment. Presenting our customers with a safety outstanding performance parts, all of our products are sampling examined through Rotorless Rheometer and Tensile Strength Tester to ensured quality and stability.
Rotorless Rheometer
Rotorless Rheometer machine are used to test all of our rubber parts for safety purpose before manufacture. Rheometer provides the statistic data for curves and values of torque, scorch/cure time, loss angle, tangent delta, CRI, ML, MH, etc. Also provides plots and percentage of compounding homogeneity variation. Evaluate the interaction between rubber chemicals and the required product properties, it recommend revised formula for matching the property requirements. Through analyzed the data, we ensure the quality and stability of HARDRACE reinforced rubber parts.
Tensile Strength Tester
Auto-calculation of elongation, tensile strength, breaking strength, strain, and stress. After testing, our products sustain a high degree of strength and power to satisfied car enthusiasms. Every batch of our products are sampling examine by tensile strength machine to guarantee the stability and quality.
