By purchasing goods from HARDRACE Inc. you are agreeing to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. All orders places with HARDRACE Inc. either by phone, fax, mail or online constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on HARDRACE Inc catalog. Buyers are certifying that you are in full agreement with these terms.
All data, application and/or interchanges, contained in the Company's listing have been complied as carefully as possible from reliable and official sources of information available at the time of printing and appear as a general guide only. The information contained herein is correct to the best of the company's knowledge and belief. However, the Company cannot, and will not, assume any responsibility for possible errors contained in this publication.
Warranty
All product sold by HARDRACE Inc. is only subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of merchandise. No other warranty expressed or implied. HARDRACE Inc. is not liable for the cost of parts or labor related to installation of, repair of or replacement of products, and it neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale, installation, repair or replacement of any product sold. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling.
Ordering
All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. HARDRACE Inc. reserves the right to correct typographical errors. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the application of all parts before installation.
International orders are welcome; we require prepayment by wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards for international orders. For wire transfer information please e-mail or give us a call. All prices listed are in US dollars. Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping charges, if applicable.
Shipping and Handling
Please make sure everything is in satisfactory condition upon delivery. We do not responsible for late discoveries of unsatisfactory condition merchandise. In the event a claim is necessary, please save all original packing materials such as box, box filler, labeling, tape or claim may not get fulfilled upon request. After claim is made and the motions are completed entirely, only exchange for same part that was originally damaged is allowed. Worldwide shipping is available. We can get shipping estimates only if requested and provided buyer's address through email, phone or fax.
